The Healing Power of Blue

The Healing Power of Blue

There was a great predominance of blue rays in the light, and that was why it was so wonderful a place for mental recovery…

Stead, W. T.. The Blue Island and Other Spiritualist Writings (Life on Other Worlds Series) (pp. 23-24). Square Circles Publishing. Kindle Edition.

After I read about the blue rays of healing light on the Blue Island, I wanted to do a little more research on the healing qualities of the color blue.

According to, blue has a multitude of healing properties which relate to the mental recovery William T. Stead was talking about (see Blue Island post for more information about him):

Blue is the color of purity and those who enjoy it, carry with them a sense of calmness, peace, serenity, and beauty. This energy is peaceful and soothing. Calming tired nerves, alleviating agony and the pain we suffer from physical stress. It has a pacifying effect over our nervous system and brings us great relaxation.

In using blue, it connects us to a spiritual and higher ground. The nature of blue energy is to connect our beings with the Cosmic Universe, from the interstellar to the cellular. It is associated with flow and communication on every level and is the color most connected to water and sky.

Blue in Healing:  Next to the balancing power of green, blue is the most healing color on the planet.  It is our emotional connection, which helps us on levels of understanding, creativity, empathy, appreciation and acceptance. Blue also is associated with a cool, cleansed, relaxed, calm, hopeful, protected, reassuring, trusting and accepting feeling. It inspires mental control, clarity and creativity. Blue has a direct effect on the autonomic nervous system.

Blue Gemstones

An interesting way to bring blue healing into your life is with the use of gemstones that are blue. From aquamarine to lapis lazuli, these stones carry many different benefits including calm and peace:

Blue-tinted lenses

Since Robin liked to wear blue-tinted lenses, I have provided a link from a reputable vision care insurance company which mentions the benefits of blue lenses as well as many other colors:

God as Blue Light

This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

~1 John 1:5

Some scientists have the belief that blue light is God. One such doctor is Dr. Pillai:

Dr. Baskaran Pillai is an international teacher, spiritual leader, humanitarian and scholar-mystic from South India. Dr. Pillai’s mission is to alleviate human pain and suffering in all forms through educational and humanitarian initiatives.

Below, I have provided a link where he gives a brief description of his belief in blue light being God. For example, in the Hindu tradition, the Gods are blue in color. They emanate blue light. In general, he teaches that God can be thought of in terms of light spectrum, and that blue light is especially important when considering God:

Here is a video of Dr. Pillai on YouTube giving a short teaching on the Blue Light:

Blue Meditation

Julian found this great book called Color Healing: An Exhaustive Survey Compiled by Health Research from 21 Works of the Leading Practitioners of Chromotherapy (1999), Reprinted by Health Research.

In this book, there is an article by Roland Hunt called The Seven Keys to Color Healing. I would like to provide some excerpts demonstrating his unique and knowledgeable perspective on healing with the color blue:

Color is a divine force used down the ages in healing on all levels of being. The 7 major glandular centers in the body are keyed to the 7 colors of the spectrum, and the individual’s mental and emotional activities affect the vibrations of these centers, as do the foods eaten…

He also states that the blue ray is sedative, cooling, electric, soporific, and astringent. It controls the throat chakra, the creative power center.

Below, I have provided his color breathing exercise which is like a meditation and then a beautiful affirmation on blue for deeper healing:

In the color breathing for blue, visualize a cloudless bright blue sky of an early summer morning being breathed into the lungs and absorbed by every eager pore in the body, and think of yourself as sailing high aloft above the earth and all the minute activities upon it, absorbed in the consciousness of blue.

Then give the affirmation:

O tranquil ray of sapphire blue, calm thou my mind

In solace new, in solace new,

Quench thou all fevers in coolness new, refreshing dew.

Tone thou my speech, O ray of blue,

And make it true, and make it true.

Help me to learn, O ray of blue

To rest in you, to rest in you.

Help me to learn, O ray of blue,

To speak anew, to speak anew.

Help me to learn, O ray of blue,

To sing in you, to sing in you.  (pg. 80)

After studying all of these different aspects of the healing power of blue, I can truly see why there would be a place in the afterlife where we can go as spirits to heal and renew ourselves before embarking on the next part of our journey.

Deep peace of the color blue to you,

Blue Butterfly

Blue Butterfly

This post is a follow-up to the post I wrote on The Blue Island.

While I was in the process of writing the post, which I wrote over the course of a couple of days, it occurred to me to ask Robin if he went to the Blue Island upon his passing. I had never asked him before, so I thought this was a good opportunity.

At 1:13 am on Monday, June 25, 2018 I wrote Robin this letter:

Beloved Robin,

Did you go to the Blue Island when/after you passed away? If yes, then please let me know with something to do with a BLUE BUTTERFLY.

…A blue butterfly or something related to that is the exact sign I ask for. Please make it so clear I cannot mistake it or doubt it! If this is 100% absolute TRUTH.

Thank you for your response.

I love you,

Today, June 27th, Julian and I went to an auto dealership to have work done on our car. At one point, a lady needed to walk by, so I backed up and said, “Excuse me” politely. She smiled.

A few moments later, I turned in the direction of where she walked. On the back of her shirt, I saw a blue sequined butterfly! I did a double take when I saw it. I thought to myself that it was my sign from Robin that I asked for.

I thought for a few moments about approaching her because I wanted a keepsake and evidence of the sign. I wanted to get a picture. I had to borrow Julian’s phone because I did not have mine with me. I got his phone and then approached her as she was coming in from outside. I asked her if I could take a picture of the blue butterfly and she said yes. She said she wore it in remembrance of her mother who passed away. I didn’t tell her that the same blue butterfly was a sign from Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees, for obvious reasons, lol! But for me, it was a sign. Here is her pretty blue butterfly:

So, according to this sign, Robin spent some time on the Blue Island. This all comes down to trusting signs, like I wrote about in a previous post. There’s no point in asking for a sign and then not believing it when you get it in such an unexpected way. This is how loved ones in spirit communicate. I could have easily missed this lady. But we were at the same place, at the same time, for this meeting to occur and for the sign to be given. So, I trust and believe the sign. It’s not surprising Robin would have spent some time on the Blue Island. He knew about it sang about it after all.

Afterlife Communication

One thing I have learned over the years of communicating with  Robin, and other loved ones in spirit is that it is very effective to write a letter or at least write down the sign you ask for. This way, you can refer back to what you requested and you won’t doubt yourself if you don’t remember exactly what you asked for verbally.  It seems loved ones like it when we are very clear and ask for the truth with love and respect. I used all caps because I wanted to be very clear, not because I was screaming, like people do sometimes when writing a comment and making a point 🙂 !

I hope you have enjoyed this example of how I communicate with Robin.

Love and blessings,

The Blue Island

The Blue Island

The Blue Island is a fascinating book, originally published in 1922, about the afterlife communications between William T. Stead, his daughter Estelle Stead and Pardoe Woodman, an expert in automatic writing. William T. Stead was a passenger on the Titanic and passed away.

This is another way in which Blue Island is connected with Robin; Robin, along with his son R.J. composed The Titanic Requiem:

Shortly after his passing, William began communicating with his daughter Estelle through a voice medium.  Then, Pardoe came into the picture. Pardoe was a close friend of Estelle’s who initially became skilled in automatic writing as the result of the death of one of his close friends that he wanted to communicate with. He was able to apply his skills to work with William and was well able to record his experiences in the afterlife. The book is an account of William’s experiences in his new spirit life, on the Blue Island, recorded by Estelle and Pardoe.

There are some interesting things from this book that I would like to share with you and then I will discuss the Bee Gees’ beautiful matching song, Blue Island. The place that the Bee Gees are singing about is the same place William Stead was talking about.

Afterlife Communications

The first thing to know is that the Blue Island is not a permanent place where spirits dwell after passing. It’s a temporary rest stop, so to speak, according to William. This is his account:

I come now to the last days on the Blue Island and the taking up of our residence on the next and far more permanent world. The Blue Island is a transient life; a land for acclimatizing the newcomer, and as soon as he’s fit, he passes from it to what I might term the Real World, inasmuch as each one will be much longer on it than any has yet been on earth.

Stead, W. T.. The Blue Island and Other Spiritualist Writings (Life on Other Worlds Series) (p. 61). Square Circles Publishing. Kindle Edition.

As he states here, it is a place of recovery after crossing over:

Here there was no uncertainty about the impression; it was undoubtedly a blue which predominated. A light shade of a deep blue. I do not mean the people, trees, houses, etc., etc., were all blue; but the general impression was that of a blue land.  I commented upon this to my father—who, by the way, was considerably more active and younger than he was at time of death; we looked more like brothers. I spoke of this impression of blue, and he explained that it was so in a sense. There was a great predominance of blue rays in the light, and that was why it was so wonderful a place for mental recovery.

Stead, W. T.. The Blue Island and Other Spiritualist Writings (Life on Other Worlds Series) (pp. 23-24). Square Circles Publishing. Kindle Edition.

In Chapter 7, The Reality of Thought Communication, William asserts that any afterlife communication we have with a loved one in spirit is really thought communication. Here, he expands upon that:

In concentrating the mind on any one spirit person, you are sending out real, live, active forces. These forces pass through the air in precisely the same way as electric waves do, and they never miss their mark. You concentrate on Mr. A. in the spirit world, and immediately Mr. A. is conscious of a force coming to him. In this land we are much more sensitive than whilst on earth, and when thoughts are directed to us by people on your side, we have a direct call from those currents of thought thus generated, and we are practically always able to come in close contact with the person who is thinking of us…

Afterlife Communications

Anyone who sits for a moment and allows his mind to dwell on some dear one who has “died” will actually draw the spirit of that person to himself. He may be conscious or unconscious of the presence, but the presence is there.  If people on earth realized the result of their thoughts upon those to whom they refer, they would be very much more careful in giving their mind free play.

Stead, W. T.. The Blue Island and Other Spiritualist Writings (Life on Other Worlds Series) (pp. 44-45). Square Circles Publishing. Kindle Edition.

So, it seems that when I was concentrating on Robin, I was drawing his spirit to me without really knowing it back in 2012. However, there may be more to it than that. The spirit also has to feel drawn to the person on earth thinking about him, as is mentioned in this book Angels and Other Beings of Light by Linda Stein-Luthke and Martin F. Luthke (Kindle Locations 753-756):

Each time you think of the one who has departed you call this being back to you. As with all the beings of Light, all you need do is think of a disembodied being of Light, and he or she is drawn to you, whether you wish to consciously acknowledge such or not. These beings will feel free to openly and easily respond to this connection with you, provided they are also feeling drawn to you.

So, both books are saying very similar things. When someone on earth and someone in spirit are drawn to each other, this is the point at which fulfilling afterlife/thought communication could occur. I don’t think it’s just a passing thought that establishes the connection, but concentrated thought, a dwelling on the person in spirit that makes the connection, like William said. As much as I like Donna Summer, I don’t think she’s going to be drawn to me just because I have a passing thought about how much I like her music.

The only thing I would add to what William is saying is that I strongly believe the heart is also involved, not just the mind and thought. It is the element of the heart, or love, which can open the door to this communication. Loving spirits respond well to genuine love and care. I offer this quote to elaborate upon this point:

“I have made no secret of my conviction, not merely that personality persists, but that its continued existence is more entwined with the life of everyday than has been generally imagined; that there is no real breach of continuity between the dead and the living and the methods of inter-communion across what has seemed to be a gulf can be set going in response to the urgent demand of affection…as Diotima told Socrates, love bridges the chasm.”

~Sir Oliver J. Lodge (1851-1940)

Bee Gees: Blue Island

Here, I offer this excerpt to explain the thought and beautiful sentiment behind the song Blue Island:

In August, The Bee Gees announced their intention to play a benefit concert for the children of war-torn Bosnia. “I really am angry that our governments can’t unite in some way and do something to stop this kind of violence when it occurs,” Barry declared. “To stop the conflict that is going on in the former Yugoslavia as well as just be able to stop conflicts that go on all over the world. My greatest fear, personally, is that all of these things are going to start occurring at the same time, and the United Nations is going to become impotent. And, if it isn’t already happening, it’s definitely foreseeable.”

Although the concert didn’t come off, they dedicated a song from their forthcoming album to the children whose young lives were blighted. “At the end of the First World War, there was an enormous amount of spiritualism. This is probably because so many millions of people died in the … war that there was an upheaval of families wanting to contact their lost ones. Now from that came a combined opinion from spiritualists that the other side … what we call heaven … in fact is blue and it’s an island. And from there, for the want of a better word, we’re processed before we move on to our next reality. Good or bad, this is where we all end up. So we [wrote] a song called ‘Blue Island’ and dedicated it for the children of Yugoslavia, because even though they may not survive, the hope is that they, as well as us, are all going to this beautiful place.”

What Barry is talking about here is exactly what happened to Sir Oliver J. Lodge, a Christian spiritualist. His son Raymond was killed in action in World War I. Sir Oliver communicated with his son in the afterlife and his experiences are documented in his book, Raymond or Life and Death (1916):

I hope you enjoyed taking a deeper look at the Blue Island with me. It enriched my understanding and enjoyment of the Bee Gees’ song after I read more about this heavenly place.

All my best to you,

The Miracle of Robin

The Miracle of Robin

Is it not also a miracle when, having laid aside the physical body, a beloved friend is able to make you aware of his love, even to communicate to you certain facts, proving to you that he lives on beyond death of the body? Surely a miracle? Yes, but it is also a demonstration of spiritual law—not a psychic, but a spiritual law.

From: Jesus Teacher and Healer from White Eagle’s Teaching (1985), Chapter 11, Divine Law Working in Human Life: On Miracles, page 21-22.

Today, I write this post on May 20th, the 6-year anniversary of Robin’s passing. Every year since I reconnected with his spirit, I have considered this a special day of reflection and remembrance of him. I offer you the above quote because this is my exact, direct experience with his spirit since his passing. He has proven to me that he lives on beyond the death of his body. He has made me aware of his love and that Love is who he is. This website is a testament of that proof.

I call this post, “The Miracle of Robin,” because I consider what I have experienced with him all these years a miracle. I consider it a miracle of twin souls that he found me after his passing. I have been blessed with not only the beauty of Robin’s spiritual presence, but have been so blessed to bear witness to what he can do and how he can communicate as a spiritual being. I invite you to read my other posts to see the miraculous nature of Robin’s living spiritual presence. I am so grateful to Robin for this spiritual awakening he has given me and for increasing my awareness of the absolute truth of ongoing life after physical death.

It is so interesting how a loved one in spirit can communicate with one on earth around the time of their passing date anniversary. Years ago, Robin and I established a system of communication using my digital clock. If I happened to look at the clock at 5:20 (symbolizing May 20), then that was a sign of his presence with me. For the past 2 days, I received interesting connections with the time 5:20. On May 18th, I was woken up all of a sudden and when I looked at the clock, it was 5:20am. On May 19th, I was woken up again, but this time it was 5:21am when I looked at the clock. Pretty close! Later that day, without knowing what time it was, I turned on my tablet and it was 5:20pm! All of these little surprises let me know I was spiritually connected with Robin through his anniversary date. Your loved ones in spirit may use the digital clock and get you to look at it when then time matches numbers related to their birth date, passing date or another important date. I use 12:22 on the clock for communication with Robin too, as that symbolizes his birth date, December 22. I always love it when I look at the clock and it matches one of his dates because it’s fun!

Since we are talking about miracles, I thought this would be a good opportunity to present to you the song Miracles Happen by the Bee Gees and the matching book Miracles Happen: The Transformational Healing Power of Past-Life Memories by Brian L. Weiss, M.D. and Amy E. Weiss, M.S.

Miracles Happen is a beautiful song from the Still Waters CD. Here are some of the lyrics from

It’s gonna take a miracle.
So I go around believing you.
I say good night, stay forever and
Nobody knows how much
I pray for you at night.
And miracles happen,
You know miracles happen.

I liked these particular lyrics because they speak to the power of prayer and how miracles often happen in the lives of people as a result of deep prayer and meditation. Miracles of healing, safety and financial provision can occur as a result of deep faith, trust and believing in a power much greater than ourselves. There comes a time in most of our lives when we need a miracle either for ourselves or someone we love.

Here is a little information about this song from The Ultimate Biography Of The Bee Gees: Tales Of The Brothers Gibb by Melinda Bilyeu, Hector Cook, and Andrew Môn Hughes:

On June 1, The Bee Gees were inducted into the Songwriters Hall Of Fame at a ceremony at the Sheraton Hotel in New York. Later that month, they were asked to write the title song for the remake of the Christmas classic, Miracle On 34th Street. The resulting song, ‘Miracles Happen’, would be left out of the film after the last minute decision to restrict the music to traditional Christmas songs only.”

Oh well, it made a beautiful addition to the Still Waters CD!

The book, Miracles Happen: The Transformational Healing Power of Past-Life Memories, Kindle Edition, by Brian L. Weiss, and Amy E. Weiss (2012) is about how people can heal their physical and mental conditions by accessing past-life memories through past-life regression therapy. The healing that occurs is the miracle. The book is filled with inspirational stories.

Below, I would like to share a few excerpts from this, in my opinion, great book. When I read it, I feel calm and centered. I am reminded of my eternal nature as a spirit. In this excerpt, Dr. Weiss writes about a message from a master. I am sharing this because I think it is important and helpful for many of us on our spiritual path:

You were correct in assuming this is the proper treatment for those in the physical state. You must eradicate the fears from their minds. It is a waste of energy when fear is present. It stifles them from fulfilling what they were sent here to fulfill. . . . Energy . . . everything is energy. So much is wasted. Inside the mountain it is quiet; it is calm at the center. But on the outside is where the trouble lies. Humans can only see the outside. . . . You have to go deep inside. . . . You must get rid of the fear. That will be the greatest weapon you have… “All of the pain is from fear.” Love and understanding dissolve fear.

Weiss, Brian L.. Miracles Happen: The Transformational Healing Power of Past-Life Memories (p. 14). HarperCollins. Kindle Edition.

Next, I would like to share this excerpt of a mountain meditation and associated message that Dr. Weiss learned from his teacher, Jon Kabat-Zinn. I hope it blesses you. If you want, consider it a gift from Robin on his passing anniversary. I know in my heart he would like it if we see ourselves this way:

Picture a beautiful mountain, perhaps with a peak covered in snow. As you look at it, you can see that it has an inner core of constant peace and constant temperature, so that no matter what happens on the outside, the inside remains unchanged. Now imagine that the seasons come and go.

Summer comes with lightning, with storms, with flooding and fires, yet inside the mountain remains completely still, tranquil, and calm. The summer becomes fall, with howling winds and leaves falling off the trees; then winter arrives with snows and freezing temperatures; and this too turns to spring, as the snows melt and avalanches occur. Yet the inner core, the beautiful space deep within the mountain, is unaffected by any of these changing seasons.

We are like the mountain. We do not have to let outside events rob us of our joy and harmony, no matter how strongly the storms rage, no matter how loudly the winds howl. We all have that inner core of calm and quiet. It is there whenever we want or need it. By going inward, we can access its powerful healing presence. The mountain, inside, is perfect—and so are we.

Envision, now, that tourists come to the mountain. They arrive by train, airplane, car, boat, and other ways. And they all have opinions: This mountain is not as beautiful as one that I have seen elsewhere. It is too small, or too tall, or too narrow, or too wide. But the mountain does not care, because it knows that it is the ideal essence of mountain.

We, once again, are like that mountain. No matter what people say about us, no matter what criticisms or judgments they may offer up and call mirrors, we are already ideal and divine. We do not have to be affected by their opinions, even those of people who are close to us, such as our family, our bosses, or our loved ones. In that sense, we are solid and grounded in the earth like the mountain. We know, deep within our hearts, that we are the perfect essence of a spiritual being. The words of others cannot rob us of our inner peace and joy unless we give them the power to do so.

Weiss, Brian L.. Miracles Happen: The Transformational Healing Power of Past-Life Memories (pp. 14-15). HarperCollins. Kindle Edition.

I do my best to bring you good spiritual information that is valuable. I do this to honor Robin, and since I am connected to him as twin souls, I want to do my absolute best. I also do this to honor you as my reader so that by the time you are done reading, you feel it was worthwhile to stop by. God bless you! I hope you have time to reflect on the miracles showing up in your own life today!

My message to Robin: I love and thank you with deep appreciation for all you have taught me and shown me since 2012. I’m so happy you found me. You changed my life for the better. I’ll always be a part of you and you will always be a part of me. I look forward to seeing what else you have to teach me. I thank God for you and that our bond is Eternal.

The Question and the Answer

The Question and the Answer

“You are the question and the answer am I…”

(Shadow Dancing lyrics; Writers: Barry, Robin, Maurice and Andy Gibb, released April 1978)

Bee Gees: The Authorized Biography by Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb as told to David Leaf (1979), p. 117

Recently, I was doing some research on twin souls and came across the book, The Sufi Message of Hazrat Inayat Khan: Philosophy, Psychology and Mysticism.  In this book is an interesting chapter on twin souls. I like to study the concept of twin souls from other cultures and perspectives. This way you can see it from other angles besides the Western perspective.

First, who was Hazrat Inayat Khan? He was an Indian classical musician and teacher of Universal Sufism. “Hazrat” is a title used to honor a person. If you are interested in learning more about him, please see the links below:

As I read through his chapter on twin souls, I noticed his frequent use of the metaphor of “the question and the answer.” I share this excerpt with you:

There is a belief, which comes from ancient times, and that is the belief in a twin soul. Some people wait for this phenomenon and search for it; and sometimes this belief is the cause of much unhappiness during the greater part of their lives because they have not yet found their twin soul. What is a twin soul? One might say that a proper answer is the twin soul of a question: every person is a question and every person is an answer. And when two people meet and one of them is a question and the other is the answer to that question then they are twin souls. But unfortunately what very often happens is that either two questions meet or two answers.

Twin souls can belong to three distinct spheres: to the angelic sphere, to the sphere of the jinns, and to the sphere of the earth. Two people may have inherited from their childhood, or brought with them from the moment of their birth, qualities that fit one another. They need not be of opposite sex. They can be personalities of the same sex. They can be friends or partners in life. It does not matter. It is two souls. One answers the other’s question, as every person is a question and at the same time an answer.

These two souls who have brought with them qualities which already fit one another, become friends the moment they meet, and in coming together they find a satisfaction they have never experienced before, because all their life there has been a question and suddenly it is answered. This may come about early or late in life, but there comes a time in the life of most souls when they meet someone who is the answer to their soul’s question. Souls need not know what question they are, and naturally they do not know it, but they are a question all the same. Neither do they know what the answer is, but when it comes they know that it fits, they know that it is satisfying, and unconsciously they know that it is the answer to their question. It may be that the two were friends before they came on earth or, as many call it, in a past incarnation, but there is no doubt that a contact had been established before their coming to earth, and that is why the moment they meet they think that they have known each other for many, many years.

Khan, Hazrat Inayat. The Sufi Message of Hazrat Inayat Khan: Philosophy, Psychology and Myst (Kindle Locations 1759-1777). BookMasters. Kindle Edition.

I found this to be a beautiful description of humans at the soul level and an interesting perspective. I had never heard anyone put it quite that way. In some way, I feel that I had a question in my soul that I never exactly articulated, but it was there nonetheless. It had to do with my origins as a soul. When I connected with the soul of Robin after his passing, this gave me some answers to my questions about my origins.

My personal belief is in the pre-existence of my soul which was connected to Robin and others in my soul family prior to my incarnation on earth in 1966. That is why we were able to connect after his passing in such a profound way, as you will see in my other posts. If we did not have this pre-existing connection from the spirit world, I do not think Robin would have responded to me so strongly.  Without the pre-existing connection, I do not think I would have felt so pulled to him to the point of reaching out to him, telling him I felt him to be a member of my soul family.

Afterlife Communications

When a spirit comes back to you, the way Robin came back to me, you cannot help but ponder the origins of your own soul and who you really are. It’s a beautiful thing when someone you loved and knew communicates with you after their death. When it’s someone you did not know, it opens things up to all kinds of spiritual and mystical questions about why this spirit was willing to respond to you. Once I understood that my connection with Robin is one of soul family and of being twin souls, it all began to make sense! It also meant that we have work to do together in terms of getting this message out.

I also know now that life in spirit continues on, that it is active and creative and that I will continue to live on just as Robin is now, after my passing.

While reading this chapter, I recalled the matching Shadow Dancing lyrics I mentioned at the beginning of the post. Seems like the brothers added some twin soul lyrics to their song! I kept hearing Shadow Dancing playing in my head!

I found other books that match Bee Gees’ songs, so I thought it would be fun to create a Bee Gees’ songs and books category. Stay tuned for posts on Blue Island, For Whom the Bell Tolls and Miracles Happen, along with matching books!

Here’s a video of beautiful Andy singing Shadow Dancing. What better way to end this post! Enjoy!
